New modern room with private bathroom Amelee

*FREE PARKING IN THE AREA, ON THE STREET AVENIJA GOJKA SUSKA* You will find us in a peaceful neigbourhood Dubrava, away from the noise and crowd but with great public transportation straight to the center. The bus stop is 1 min away and all the trams you may need are 2 bus stops away. You get complete privacy and the space all for yourself with a private bathroom. The mall, bakery, hospital, a few supermakets and park Maksimir are all in the the walking distance. This modern, newly redecorated room is on the 2nd floor of a house. It has a new palette double bed 180x200cm and a huge closet with hangers. There is a small seating area and a balcony which is overlooking the street. The hallway leads to your own bathroom with a shower. The mattresses are high quality and will give you good rest after exploring the city. There is also free Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV. The 1st and 3rd floor are rented as apartments. There is one staircase but each floor has it's own entrance. You don't share the space with anyone and you have complete privacy. Only in the case of no warm water the host has to reset the boiler which is in the hallway. Bedroom, balcony, halway, bathroom. If you ever need anything, you can always send us a message. Otherwise, you are not bothered any further. The location is perfect for those who like to stay in a bit more peaceful environment but still have easy access to the center. It only takes about half an hour and a direct tram line to get to downtown, bus and train station. Park Maksimir is in the walking distance where you can go for a picnic or a workout and even catch a sight of Croatian football team. In Zagreb it is easiest to use public transport as it is well connected. Bus 230 goes through our street and gets you to okretiste Dubrava where you can catch a tram wherever you need to go. Tram number 12 and 11 get you to the center, number 4 to the train station and number 5 and 7 to the bus station. Not much parking space but could be arranged for a smaller car. Otherwise, there is free parking on the hospital parking lot. No parking space for this unit.
