Fred's 3 bed, 2 ba house, close to MSU & downtown

This house was built in 1945 and I have lived in the house since 1991. New refrigerator, new stove and new vinyl tile have been replaced in the kitchen and common area. The bedrooms are approximately 13.5 x 13.5 sq.ft. and painted with light neutral colors. There is a fenced in back yard, porch swing and chairs, and off the road parking. Bus stop to MSU ballgames is walking distance (1/4 mi). I would be please to have you stay in my house while you are attending the games or other events. This house has been in my family since 1945. I lived in this house for over ten years. My siblings use this house when they visit and they feel "at home" when they stay here. I think you will find this house has a very comfortable feeling. The entire house is available for use by each guest. There is off street parking for three cars. I currently live less than 30 feet from this property. So I am available 24/7 to answer questions or address issues. I prefer to give guest space when they stay at Freddie's house. However, I enjoy talking with people and would like to learn about my guest. The neighborhood is made up mostly of second generation, retired homeowners. We enjoy a closeness because we have known each other since grade school. Guests get around mainly by car. There is s bus stop about a block from the house. On days when there is a home football game, there is a special bus stop about four blocks from this house. This bus takes you directly to the football stadium. Water and juices are in the refrigerator.
