Our place was recently renovated to the lovely finished products that you see in the photos in the listing. Hardwood and ceramic tile floors throughout. The walls have been painted a lovely yellow which tons of natural light bounces off of into the home and gives a light and airy upbeat feel. This listing is for the home as a whole and provides access to the entire property. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor and the washroom. On the ground floor you find a third bedroom, the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The back yard is enclosed and houses a large picnic table for you to dine outdoors. The basement is also available for the laundry facilities. We will be mostly hands off on your stay so that you can feel free to relax and make yourselves at home. Old Orchard St is a desirable area in Cornwall. In yesteryear doctors and the like once lived here, but with the moving of the hospital they too have moved on, but the grand feel and aesthetic of the street still remains. There are plenty of means of transportation for the area. Biking, Walking, Buses, Taxi, and Mass Transit are all available for your needs. Bus stops are close by for easy access.
