Esiste un servizio di autobus che raggiungono Laveno, Cerro e Ispra con orari da consultare prima di partire. Villa Maria non ha parcheggio, ma si può posteggiare nel parcheggio davanti alla spiaggia o sulla strada provinciale. Da Laveno partono i battelli per Verbania, Intra, Isole Borromee, Svizzera. Da Laveno la linea ferroviaria porta a Milano in due ore circa.
