Very unique property directly on the lake in the small fishing village of Feriolo. Overlooking one of the only sandy beach on Lago Maggiore. Don't look for a swimming pool, you'll have the lake a few steps from the apartment door! Ideal for a family with kids or couple looking for a romantic gateway. Ideally located in the picturesque village of Feriolo, this is a great place to explore the beauty of the Lago Magiore. Just take the ferry boat to explore the Borromean Islands, Stresa, Verbania, Arona etc. The pier is right in front of our apartment. Alternatively you can also rent a motorboat which may be moved without a driving licence. If you feel like driving, you can easily reach Baveno, Stresa and Verbania within 10/15min. But you might not want to leave Feriolo which offers 6 bars and restaurants - directly on the lake - that you can reach walking from the flat. You will be enjoying our entire duplex apartment composed of: - downstairs: entrance, fully equipped kitchen open on the living room/dining room, bathroom and storage. The living room is opening on a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or aperitivo overlooking the lake. - upstairs: the night area with one bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds ideal for the kids. Available anytime via email or phone. Supermarket is 5min walk from the flat. In the immediate vicinity, Feriolo offers 6 bars and restaurants - directly on the lake - that you can reach walking from the flat. For sport lovers: swimming, tennis, golf, jogging will be on your daily routine. Additionally we will provide you with a full guide of our favourite places in the area and all the must do and must see places. How to reach us - by car: easy access with the highway just 5min drive from Feriolo - by train: Stresa train station is 10min drive from our place - by plane: Milano Malpensa airport is just 40min drive We don't offer any parking space, but you can temporarily leave the car in front of the apartment to unpack and pack your luggage. Public parking is available few minutes from the flat.
