The Fondo Gioconda Agritourism is a recently renovated country house set in a large garden, ideal for a family, near the Marco Polo Airport. Your apartment has an exclusive and independent entrance and it is the perfect place to ensure you a relaxing holiday, away from the bustle, in large spaces and in contact with nature. A holiday in total serenity and security for you and your family. We are at 4km from the train station, where you can easily reach Mestre and Venice in 20 minutes. The apartment is entirely at your disposal, accommodating up to 4 people. All rooms are air conditioned and wifi is free throughout the Agritourism. The private parking is a few meters from the entrance, very convenient for unloading luggage. The furniture is very comfortable and in warm colors and natural materials, in fir, pine and oak wood. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by stairs, measuring 75 square meters with an exclusive and independent entrance and is composed of: - living area with sofa with peninsula and flat screen TV-Netflix HD 43"; - large fully equipped kitchen (tablecloths, glasses, cutlery, etc.), tables and chairs, coffee and tea machine with pods available for guests; - dishwasher with detergent, sugar, oil, salt, oil and vinegar, microwave; - two bedrooms with king size beds and bed topper (single or double beds), complete with bed linen, duvets, 2 pillows per guest; - bathroom with window, glass shower and heated towel rail. Daily change of clothes; - courtesy set, hairdryer, slippers; - washing machine with detergent; - large outside garden with tables and chairs for guests; - autonomous heating, mosquito nets in all windows; Check-in: 15.00 h. / 20.00 h. We suggest to arrive by car or renting one to be completely independent and thus be able to explore the area to the fullest. If not, we may can organize a driver for travel. Venice: the Gaggio and Quarto d'Altino rail stations are about 4 km from the Fondo Gioconda farmhouse. Trains arrive in about 20 minutes directly to Venice, also known as the Serenissima, the capital of the Republic of Venice for over a millennium, undoubtedly among the most beautiful cities in the world. Treviso: Fondo Gioconda is only 16 km (25 min. by car ) far from the beautiful city of Treviso . Here you can walk stroll among the ancient city walls, admire Piazza dei Signori with the Palazzo dei Trecento and the elegant Loggia Dei Cavalieri. Or alternatively you can plan an itinerary through the famous hills of Prosecco. Jesolo: in 25 minutes by car you can reach Jesolo with its 15 km of beaches, its sea and its water parks. Rich in shops and public places, pizzerias, fish restaurants, discos, it offers fun for all tastes Dolomiti: in 50 minutes by car you can also reach the beautiful Dolomites Mountains. Alternatively, we will arrange a driver for your trips. Verona: reachable in 1 hour and 30 min. by train Padua: reachable in 50 min. by train Vicenza: reachable in 1h and 15 min. by train Our apartment is safe and sanitized, to ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay in the green of the Venetian countryside. We also wish inform you that we apply the required safety protocols. So in addition to the usual cleaning at each guest change, we disinfect all the surfaces of our apartment (sanitary, furniture, accessories, handles, switches, remote controls, etc.) with specific products. We sanitize the rooms with an ozone treatment, recognized by the Ministry of Health (protocol n.24482 of 31 July 1996) natural control for the sterilization of the environment and one of the most powerful disinfectants in nature, which acts against bacteria, fungi and mold and inactivates viruses, so as to ensure a totally sanitized environment, not only in surfaces but also textiles (curtains, mattresses, pillows, towels).
