Waters Edge is a unique holiday retreat right by the Copperhouse Pool . From the garden you can access the water for SUP boarding, kayaking or fishing and then enjoy hot outdoor shower. It’s also ideal for bird watchers to spot some unique species in the RSBP managed nature reserve. The semi detached bungalow has just been renovated with modern kitchen with all new appliances, walk in shower, luxury Amtico flooring and a king sized bed in the back bedroom. Come and enjoy west Cornwall. The bedroom is spacious and there is room to set up a travel cotbed if you are travelling with little ones. The three-seater sofa turns into a sofa bed making the property suitable for four people. The bedroom and lounge are both carpeted and the whole place is all on one level making it easy with children and people with disabilities. The whole property and outside is for you to use and enjoy. We live in the town so we are available to help you with any questions or problems should any arise but we equally leave you to enjoy your break in Cornwall. Waters Edge is centrally located to access shops, banks and restaurants by foot. The closest restaurant is the Terrace Italian restaurant which is just two doors down from the property. You can also walk to North Quay, town beach, St George's Walk and many of our fab little independent shops in Foundry Square. Waters Edge is situated in the middle of Hayle town with a short walk to both Copperhouse and Foundry End of the town. There is a bus stop nearby and train station is about 0.6 miles away. If you arrive by car there is always free street parking on Commercial Road and Baptist Hill but there is also a public car park just 50 metres from the property; parking is free from 6pm and the daily parking rate is £5. From the bungalow you can quickly access St George's Walk with sub tropical flowers, plants and fish bonds (great for cycling with little ones, especially on Sundays when there's no cars allowed on the road) and Hayle Harbour is just round the corner from where you access the town beach too. The property is backing the nature reserve so please be respectful of the wildlife.
