Cozy Country Feel Just Outside of Prior Lake

You’ll fall in love with this small taste of country life! The price includes cleaning! Ground level Private Suite w/ Queen Stearns & Foster soft & comfy bed, lg. shower in the attached 3/4 bathroom. Living area has a Queen sleeper sofa, 2 Lazyboy recliners, 42" round table & chairs, and a Human Touch Massage chair. No kitchen, but we have a Keurig hot bev station/microwave/toaster/Instantpot&Crockpot/small fridge. Nearby: lakes, golf courses, hiking, dining, coffee, shopping, breweries. Other available options are: * Small fridge, microwave, and toaster, crock-pot or instant-pot (located in Green Room, dishes/utensils, same level). Also Keurig hot beverage station (hot chocolate, tea, coffee). Let me know ahead of time if you would like to use my Instant Pot/Crock Pot, or the ironing board and iron. There are Lysol wipes that you may use any time. Under the sink you will find laundry detergent, if needed. HE washer, Use tiny bit of laundry soap. In the bathroom you will find shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, curling iron, and straightner. When you drive in our driveway, head straight for the house, parking just to the right of the house/garage doors. Easy access/self check-in by using the security code entering garage and then again into house. My car is parked in the right side of the garage as you’re facing it. Upon entrance to the house, there is a shoe mat to the left and hooks on the back of the door for coats. The coffee/hot beverage center is straight ahead, and then to the left you go through the French Doors to your own Private Suite. The only other living/shared space on this floor is the Laundry Room, which includes a small fridge, microwave, & toaster. Make yourself at home! Jim and I live just upstairs on the main level if you need anything! Smoking only allowed outdoors. There are two hospitals, not far away, if needed: St Francis Regional Medical Center and Hospital in Shakopee and Burnsville Fairview Ridges. There are also a large number of clinics in the area.
