House by the river***

A small village house that stands next to a calming river offers both a spacious and peaceful environment. The village where the house stands is located next to Zgornje Gorje, near Bled. A five minute drive from Bled, towards Pokljuka, leads you to the friendly countryside village, which is small and quiet, so it is relaxing and quiet even in the busiest time of the season. Please notice that the street leading to the house is narrow - 1,75 cm wide and height limited to 240 cm. The house is available on two different floors. On the ground floor are common rooms. On the upper floor are three different size bedrooms, and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with comfortable chairs and two cozy sofas. In the corner of a living room, you can look through a window that offers a view of the river. You have a separate desk for reading, computer work,... In the same room, but separated, is the dining room. The kitchen offers a lot of appliances like a microwave, toaster, stove with an oven, a kettle, and all the other necessary tools for family meals. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom, which includes washing and drying machines. On the second floor, there are three cozy sleeping quarters and a second bathroom. In the first bedroom, there are three single beds 90x200cm. The second family size bedroom consists of two separated rooms. Each of these rooms has two single size beds. One room has two joined 90x200cm singles, and the other has two separated 80x200cm singles. Bedroom number three also has two single size 90x200cm beds which are joined together. Please notice that the street leading to the house is narrow - 1,75 cm wide and height limited to 240 cm. Guests can use the whole house. We offer the option of breakfast delivery for our guests. This needs to be pre-ordered at least a day in advance and will be delivered between 7:30-11 AM. The guests can choose from 8 different breakfast menus. The house is located in a small village near Bled, which has one of the most visited tourist attractions in Slovenia. A five minute drive from Bled leads you towards Pokljuka. Before you ascend to Pokljuka, the route leads you away from the main road to the village. The village has very narrow and height limited streets. Near the house, besides Pokljuka which is great for hiking and biking, is also Vintgar Gorge. Lake Bohinj is 40 minutes away. In the winter time, within a radius of 1-hour drive, you have three skiing resorts: Kranjska Gora, Krvavec, Vogel. It is great if you use a car. With a car, there are few minutes to Lake Bled, Vintgar Gorge the Bled castle... You can also rent a bike and travel around Bled with a bike. There is no public transfer to our accommodation. The street leading to the house is narrow and height limited (2.4m). One week before arrival we will send you instructions for picking the keys on your email. We make sure that the apartment you are staying in is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide all the guests of the house with the basic necessities for the first day, including few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, some waste disposal bags, and dishwasher tablets.
