Cozy Unit close to Orewa Beach and shopping Center

A Modern, brand new unit, being in front of a beautiful small farm with 12 cows, you are overwhelmed by the beautiful farm Views from the unit. Being a 200meters short walk to the Silverdale shopping centre, many local restaurants and cafes, all other facilities makes this an ideal location for the traveller to rest and recoup. You may also get out to explore Millwater, Stanmore Bay, the Silverdale Village and activities of Orewa beach. The guest unit sits below the main house and is set well opposite to a life style estate with beautiful and natural view. It is compact, yet fresh and modern. It offers a double bedroom with queen size bed and picture window which looks out to the greenery. This unit does not have facilities to cook. However we provide with you the microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, the fridge. We have so many local restaurants, cafes, Pizza Hut, sushi house, Jestar pies, fish and chips...are so close. The guest unit is completely separate to the main house. Quiet, secluded, great food and dining options, beautiful beaches, lovely walking and cycling tracks. Car, taxi, bus, bicycling, Uber are all available in this area We live upstairs. However we are a quiet and respectful family, and not home for the majority of the day. We have one dog and two cats who loves people, loves attention and loves going for walks. They are sociable and well behaved. We keep our dog upstairs so as not to bother our guests. Any rubbish bags can be put with the main house bins next to the garage for disposal. Please be noted that we change the bedding colour and/ or the wall painting from season to season.
