On the first floor there is a double bedroom, toilet with bathtub, dining room, living room, kitchen, exit to the garden and a balcony with mountain views. On the second floor there is a twin bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, a shower room and a living room with a sofa and television. The house is very well equipped with fireplace, television, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle coffee machine, microwave, mini-cooker. There is private parking with a parking space and storage space for skis. Parking is not allowed in front of the car parks as a rule of the neighborhood community. - The apartment is ideal for coming with a group of friends to spend a few days in the mountains or with family. During the summer there are many mountain activities in La Molina, in the Lake de la Bullosa, or go for a walk along the river Alp. The town of Alp has a municipal swimming pool, football pitch, tennis courts and bingo.
