This room is for only 1 person. Quiet house, close to Moreno Valley College, Kaiser Permanente, Riverside University Health System. We are here to help you most of the time. Microwave, a mini-fridge in the room, and hairdryer, iron, ironing board available. Comfortable full-size bed freshly washed linen. Excellent place for rotating doctors, nurses, and medical students. Drug-free home. Free parking. Walking distance to Moreno Valley College, and less than 2 miles away from beautiful Lake Perris. Parking only on the driveway, parking on the street requires a special permit. We have 4 car driveway. Street parking is ok on weekends Walking distance to bus stops. The location of Moreno Valley very convenient for daily trips to Lake Arrowhead, Big Bear Mountain, Palm Springs, Los Angeles and San Diego.
