There is a fully equipped kitchen to make gourmet meals, indoor lounge area, formal dining room, stunning outdoor lounge area with dining table and new BBQ. 10x4m outdoor pool with six sunbeds, shaded sitting/dining area by the pool, grassed play area for kids & games. Plenty of free outdoor parking (1x garage upon request). There are 4x bedrooms Bedroom 1 - King size box spring bed with modern bedding. Recently renovated ensuite with bathtub/shower, dual sinks & washer/dryer combo machine. Newly furnished with large closet, and vanity. Block out curtains and outdoor shutters provide complete darkness if desired. Bedroom 2 - Queen size box spring bed with modern bedding, newly furnished with large closet, vanity and chairs. Block out curtains and outdoor shutters provide complete darkness if desired. Bedroom 3 - Two single beds with modern bedding, large closet & commode. Block out curtains and outdoor shutters provide complete darkness if desired. Recently renovated main bathroom with large rainforest shower. Bedroom 4 - Cozy upstairs bedroom with queen sized bed and modern bedding, shower, toilet, new bathroom sink. Swisscom TV provided with 270+channels in German, Italian, French & English. Reliable high-speed WIFI internet covers the whole house. Bluetooth DVD/Blue-ray Entertainment system with Bluetooth capable streaming for music. • What is provided? Towels are provided - 2x bath towels, 2x hand towels, 2x face towels per bedroom & 2x floor mats for each bathroom are provided. Hand soap, bath gel & toilet paper are provided. Hairdryers and makeup mirrors are provided in all bathrooms. Fans are provided in every room. • Can you smoke inside? The house is non-smoking inside, but guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace using the provided ashtray. • What do we need to bring? We do request that guests bring their own pool towels. Nespresso® coffee machine is provided, therefore bring your own capsules if you wish. • Are pets allowed in the house? No pets are allowed due to the owners having allergies to pets. There is plenty of available space to play sports etc. We give our guests space but are available when needed. Check-in = Couldn’t be easier. When possible we will organise one of our team to welcome you and show you around. Otherwise there is a key code box by the door and we will let you know the code beforehand. Check-out = When leaving we ask you to make sure to look through our check out checklist and then simply put the key in the key code box by the door and scramble the code. There is a lovely Eco Hotel & Restaurant right next door that can provide all meals if desired or just an aperitivo and additional beds if requested. Coglio is a tranquil village in Valle Maggia. The Vallemaggia is not just the longest and mostly spread out valley of the Italian part of Switzerland but also a fantastic alpine valley which has been modelled throughout the years by the clear waters of the river Maggia. Valle maggia is an appealing attraction for excursionists and explorers with its many mountainous hiking trails, rock climbing, white water rafting & canyoning activities available. A magical atmosphere, surrounded by wild nature, water, stone, history and culture is the special ingredient added to the simple but just fantastic food offered at the numerous “grotti”.
