Stone house with superb sea view

Built in 1902, fully restored in 2018. This traditional house is made of stone. It offers 90 square meters. On the ground floor there is the entrance, two bedrooms and the bathroom. The internal staircase leads to the kitchen and the large living room which offers smart TV, air conditioning and a stove for winter. Βalcony has a unique sea view and a large dining area. Ηouse is fully equipped and is in a quiet neighborhood. It is ideal for relaxation but also to experience the island of Thassos. The entire house is available for guests. Me and my family will be there to welcome you and give you advice for an ideal holiday in Thassos. The neighborhood is very quiet as the whole village. It will be hard to bother you. 150 meters from the house there is free parking space. House is about 400 meters from the main square of the village where there is also parking space. This means you have to walk up to the house through the traditional stone roads that are uphill. Also, if you have a small car (Fiat Panda, Hyundai i10 or similar) you can drive up to 50 meters from the house. At main square there are bakery shop, grocery store, fish store, tavern and a traditional café. Nearest beach is only 2km away. Also in 2km there is small port of Kallirachi with cafe, tavern, playground.
