Frankston South is known as the Gateway to the Mornington Peninsula and is one of the most sought after residential locations. It has some of the most expensive real estate in the City of Frankston and has some of the most stunning residential bay views. Frankston South is a leafy suburb with breath taking views from Oliver’s Hill. There are beautiful beaches and an excellent choice of shops, cafes and restaurants, most with stunning bay views and delicious food and wine choices. It is easily accessible, only 43km south east of Melbourne from the Monash Freeway and East link, with Nepean highway another popular route. Another option is public transport from the city by train to Frankston station, in the centre of the Frankston CBD where it is serviced by a number of bus routes through the Frankston South area. The far end of the back yard is closed off and not accessible to guests, due to renovations. No construction work will be carried out whilst the home is occupied. Your stay will be uninterrupted. You will have access to a private back yard decking, please don't go beyond the wooden barrier/fence, for your own safety. You also have the private, fully fenced front yard. Guests staying for longer than 2 weeks are required to pay for an additional clean mid stay, of $100. You will be sent a money request for the extra cleaning fee.
