There is no elevator, it is accessed through stairs. Very easy to access just from the main road with private parking in the property. Our guests have access to all facilities inside and outside the house and there are NO shared areas. We offer a welcome basket with a bottle of mineral water and local products. A short briefing of the house and some startup details for places to visit are given. We provide full information of any place of interest if asked. We will be very pleased to help you with everything you need, including advice on the best beaches, destinations, restaurants and even your shopping, to name just a few, or on everything else the region has to offer. ***we will be at your disposal at any time prior arrival or during your stay!*** The house is located in a very nice neighbourhood just few minutes away from Makry Gialos village. In Makry Gialos village, you will be anything you need including mini-markets, bakeries, pharmacy shop, cafes/ bars, restaurants and local taverns etc. For your convenience, there is a small family-run grocery/ bakery store about 100 metres from the house! - The property is about 40 km away from Sitia's airport and 115 km from Heraklion's airport. - Hiring a car is not necessary but recommended if you would like to explore the East part of Crete. There is free parking on premises. - A bus stop can be found in the village, with regular bus service to/from Heraklion, Ierapetra and Sitia run during the week. There is a pool area which is under contraction. Our guests can't access it yet.
