Tradition room with vineyard and estuary view

Villa Fablion is located in Bourg sur Gironde in a listed village in the south-west of Aquitaine. The current estate, built in 1853, is in the heart of the vineyard and on the edge of the Gironde estuary and is 30 minutes north of Bordeaux. This very pretty room located inside the Villa is 10 minutes walk from the village via the Esconge park: historic center, citadel, museums, wine house, galleries, artisans, shops, antique shops, restaurants and discovery port. Master bedroom of the Villa, this large comfortable room for 2 people is equipped with a queen size bed 160x200, a dressing table, a wardrobe, a sitting area and a secretary. Very spacious and very bright, the bedroom leads onto a beautiful private bathroom equipped with a bathtub with shower and a toilet. More than 28m2 of space with discreet and neat decor, renovated in 2019. Located on the 1st floor of the Villa and accessible by the main staircase, this room enjoys total independence, 3 windows facing south and west and a panoramic view over the course of the Villa, the vineyards and the estuary. You will enjoy the calm and the outdoor terraces for your relaxation, the park, wooded paths, walks in the vineyards and along the estuary, hiking trails around the estate. Your breakfasts will be served from 7 am to 10:30 am in the dining room or on the outdoor terrace depending on the season. You will have at your disposal the winter garden and all these equipments for lunch or dinner on site (dishes, sink, microwave, kettle, etc ...). Private parking is available in the courtyard of the Villa. We offer the breakfast service included in the nightly rate and coffee / tea or refreshment on request. We will also be at your disposal to suggest tours and advise you on restaurants or organize tastings in the region's wineries. We also provide you with maps and documentation at the entrance of the Villa. Our estate is located a stone's throw from Bourg sur Gironde (10 minutes on foot), thus benefiting from peace and space in the middle of the vineyards. Its exceptional location is also very popular for participating in the various festivals and events organized each year or taking part in hikes towards the road to the corniche. 5 minutes on foot, below the citadel, you have the Parc de l'Esconge with its play areas for children, its pond and direct access to the port and restaurants. You will need a vehicle to get around but we offer round trip station or airport packages. A coach service also crisscrosses the region to Bordeaux and Blaye, the stop is located 10 minutes from the Villa. Our guests are greeted with a small welcome tray consisting of half a bottle of Côtes-de-Bourg wine and regional spring water.
