Charming Karwendel Log Cabin for up to 5 people

Our Log-Cabin offers you the unique charme of a 32m2 cabin made of 32cm wide wooden logs. The inspiring scent of wood adds to the special atmosphere in this place. Enjoy the comfort of a luxury boxspring bed and a bathtub for 2 after a strenuous mountain tour. Since the opening of the Scharnitz tunnel end of 2018 Scharnitz sees only local traffic with a speed limit of 25mls/h (40km/h) in force - keeping road noise at a low level. The maximum sleeping capacity is 7 beds: double box spring bed (1.60m) in the separate bedroom, three mattresses (0.90m) up in the attic and a foldable sleeping couch for two people (1.60m). However, we limit the occupation to a maximum of FIVE people in the Log-Cabin, e.g. a family with 3 children (who are old enough to climb the attic). This way you avoid unfolding the couch into a bed. However, if you do not wish to use the attic (elderly people or small children) the sleeping couch is a comfortable alternative. As an alternative for groups up to ten people we offer a large apartment in our main building. Please check it out in our AirBnB profile. During your stay you can reach us any time via mobile or mail for any issues/questions relating your stay, the apartment or local information. Bus stop round the corner for local, long-distance and ski buses. The ski bus takes you free-of-charge to Seefeld (Rosshütte) ski area in just 9 minutes. Walk from/to Scharnitz Station in 5min. Scharnitz train station is 280m from us (trains to/from Munich, Garmisch, Mittwald or Innsbruck, Seefeld). A washing machine can be used at a fee of 3€ per load. A tumble dryer can be used at a fee of 3€ per load.
