Pertini Lodge

The apartment has 3 beds (1 double + 1 single) and consists of 2 bedrooms, a dining room with fully equipped kitchen, a large and bright bathroom with shower, 2 balconies. Each bedroom has wardrobes and a desk. One is a double room , with balcony access to the outside, the other is a single room and gives onto the balcony towards the garden. --- In the photos you can also find the map of the apartment. The house is very bright, there are 2 windows and 3 french windows that open onto the 2 balconies. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, modern but not anonymous. It is located on the first floor of a modern building with lift/elevator. --- The apartment is in a quiet and green residential area in the metropolitan area of Milan, and we are connected by metro M2 line to the city center, all the railways stations and airport shuttles and Fiera Milano a Rho exhibition sites in Milan. By car is in a favorable position for highways, Milano ring roads and two of its three airports. The entire apartment is at guests' disposal. It is located on the first floor of a modern building with lift/elevator and access to common areas with disabled standards. I am always available via phone, internet and email. I live 200 m from the apartment, so if necessary I can intervene very quickly for most of the time. I am always available to give suggestions about our Milan: neighborhoods, events, transportation and also resources available in our area foe everyday life. Pertini Lodge is located in a green, safe and quiet area in the Milano Metropolitan area. We are directly connected with the M2 metro to Milano city centre, all the town railway stations, airports bus shuttles, exposition and main work and entrainment areas. We are also in a very favourable position to reach by car motorways, ring roads and two of the town airports. --- In the street there are free parking facilities. You can easily walk to the town restaurants, take-aways, grocery, bakery, ice parlour, stationery and newspaper shop, ATMs for cash, bars, all within 500 m (550 yards). Within 1000 m you also find a medium size supermarket, bars and more shops, including a travel agency. --- Bussero is located along the Martesana canal: you can reach Milan with a scenic bicycle path along the waterway through beautiful small towns and parks. Leonardo da Vinci contributed to design parts of this canal in Milano, and somebody claims also in this area. Talking about Leonardo, in Milano city you can see his unique "The Last Supper" mural painting (Ultima Cena), that you can reach directly from Bussero with the M2 metro rail. With the same train you can reach MUST, the National Museum of Science and Technology, hosting 130 unique real models of Leonardo's incredible machines, and many other exhibits. --- In short, we are part of the large metropolitan city of Milan, but at the same time we are surrounded by green and rural areas. We have hereby the M2 BUSSERO Milano metro stop. Using the M2 line (green) you can reach directly all the railway stations in town and the bus/train shuttles to all the airports. With same metro line you also reach all the key areas in Milano: Design Week Fuorisalone districts in town, shopping areas, Via Tortona fashion and design district, Navigli canals and Corso Como nightlife areas. Changing to M1 line you can reach the Duomo, the historic city center (30 min), Fiera Milano City and Fiera Milano/Expo exhibitions sites (Salone del Mobile and many other exhibitions) and then ... all the parts of the town and city. --- You can go to the station on foot in 20 minutes, largely along tree-lined avenues and well lit (with a cycle lane). The area is quiet ans safe also at night-time. The station in less the 3 minutes car drive. At the stop there is a public car park Mondays to Fridays (1 EURO for the whole day) and free on Saturdays and Sundays. By agreement, as an extra service, I can arrange a lift to / from the subway stop. The same holds for transports to/from the airports (see below). --- ACCESS BY CAR We are in a strategic position to access by car motorways A4 (Torino-Milano-Venezia) and A8/9 (Varese, Como and Maggiore Lakes and Switzerland), the North and East Inner and Outer ring roads, the latter providing a fast access also to the A1 motorway (Milano-Firenze-Roma-Napoli). In 6 minutes you reach the three closest motorway exits. We are very well positioned also for two airports. --- AIRPORTS We are very well positioned also for Linate (LIN) and Orio al Serio (BGY) airports, within 20/30 minutes car drive. You can also reach all the airports, including the outer Malpensa (MXP) airport, via metro M2 connecting directly to the bus/train airport shuttles. We can arrange a favourable direct pick-up service at either Orio al Serio (BGY) or Linate (LIN) town airports. You can contacts us for conditions while booking. --- MONZA MOTORDROME - FORMULA 1 We are also 17 km from the Monza motordrome, with its FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO D'ITALIA and other car and motorcycle races and events. --- WORK/BUSINESS AREAS NEARBY We are at a few minutes drive from a number of company premises: ST Microelectronics, Thales, and all companies in M2 Villa Fiorita (Cernusco) area, including HP Enterprise, Canon, Sony, and many others. The same is for the Pessano con Bornago and Gorgonzola industrial areas and Centro Direzionale Colleoni in Agrate Brianza. You can also reach directly by metro M2 both Cernusco, Villa Fiorita and Gorgonzola. At 1500 m we have the M2 (green line) metro stop (M2 BUSSERO).
