Peaceful country dwelling

We have almost 3 acres of land just outside the city limits with a 10 acre lake behind us. We are within 30 minutes of all the amenities available in Kansas City. We love hosting people in our home. Please come stay with us! We have a well-lit walk-out basement with warmly furnished bedroom and bathroom. You will also have a family room at your disposal with a large screen TV. The laundry room is also handy if you need to do laundry. We have a large backyard in which to play baseball or volleyball. The neighborhood is a great place for a quiet stroll, and the city park is one mile down the road complete with skate board park, disc golf course, baseball fields, soccer fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, and playground. We have a 10 acre lake and you can enjoy a peaceful sunset from our backyard. If you want privacy we are happy to provide that for you. If you have questions about the area or want a list of things to do we are happy to accommodate you. We are within 5 miles of many favorite restaurants including Longhorn Steakhouse, Ruby Tuesday, Jose Peppers, Applebee's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Casa Mexico, Oden's Family Barbecue, and Chipotle Mexican Grill. We are only 2 miles off of Interstate 49. This connects with 71 Highway which takes you directly into Kansas City. We are not close to public transportation.
