Ngakuta Bay, Marlborough Sounds.

This is a beachfront property in Ngakuta Bay. It is 15 minutes drive from Picton around Queen Charlotte Drive. This bach offers amazing views of the bay. Absolutely gorgeous! Check out the guest book for feedback. There is a lovely beach for safe swimming and water skiing right in the bay. Kayaking is also popular in the summer. It is wonderful place to unwind but is close to many other places you can explore. It has a Sky transmitter It has a small 14" TV in the lounge area. It receives Channels 1,2,3, and Prime. You can bring your own sky box from home if you would prefer. Internet is available There is a public boat ramp in the bay to allow you to explore and/or fish the waterways of Queen Charlotte Sound. There is a mooring available with the bach at a cost of $5.00 per night Picton has many tourist activities available such as boat cruises, bush walks, cafes, and the Interislander. Within 30 minutes drive are the famous wineries of Marlborough. Do the tour of the wineries and have a beautiful meal at one of the local wineries. Special conditions: There is a two night minimum stay from the beginning of October to the end of March. Pets allowed with prior approval. Mooring available with prior approval.
