Crows Nest

Located on quiet country setting five minutes from a variety of shopping, restaurants, and Middlebury College. Less than an hour from Burlington airport. We live on the first floor with our two friendly dogs and one cat. Tim is a graduate of Middlebury College and we love having parents and graduates stay with us as well as "leafers", skiers, and outdoors folks! We take the precautions of Covid seriously and each of us has had three vaccinations. If you chose us, please do so as well. Your outside entrance to the staircase leading to the guest space is accessed from our front porch (see photo) where you might want to have a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. There is a very comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and a nice bath. We will be available during your stay to cheerfully accommodate all your needs and questions. Fifteen minutes from Middlebury College Snow Bowl, Rickert Nordic Center and beautiful Lake Dunmore. Great hiking on Snake Mountain and nearby Abby Pond. Numerous fly-fishing opportunities. This is also a very popular area for bike tours and leaf peepers. Middlebury Transit offers airport pick-up. With some advance warning, we will be able to help with some of your transportation needs. Keurig with coffee pods and mini fridge included. Usually, bottled water, milk for coffee, and individual yogurts will be available.
