Extended Stay Beaumont

The housing complex is furnished and perfect for working professional or graduate students coming to Beaumont for at least a month or longer. It's basic accommodations with everything you need, including a shared kitchen with full-sized appliances, full sized washer and dryer free to use and wifi. We also have dedicated off-street parking, security lights and security cameras. The house has a locked gate surrounding the entire property. It's a safe place to call home during your visit. We have working professionals at our place who come to town from all over the world to do pretty interesting work. We've had guests from Alaska, Tennessee, Colorado, and Europe. Ideal location for the travel worker who needs a second home away from home. You can access all parts of the property. Treat the place like your second home. If you need anything I'm just a phone call, text or email away. Your stay including parking is at your own risk. Your private guests (who are not living at the house) are not allowed. Please see your guests at a restaurant or bar. Please do not lose your key. You are responsible for new locks and new keys for the entire housing complex in the event you lose the keys or do not return them. We have a strict policy with reservations so please make sure of your dates before you book because we provide an affordable room with no contract which means you reserve your space for 30 days and no refunds are provided. We are right of I-10 which makes it easy access to jump on the highway and get to work. I recommend coming with your car. We have had students who used Uber. Guests Rental Agreement 1.Guests agree to stay at their own risk. We are not responsible for guests or their property. 2.You agree to NO SMOKING of any substance in the unit. You agree to smoke in designated areas outside of the property. 3.Guests agree that the only allowed visitors are Authorized Visitors on the property at all times. 4. You agree to return all keys (otherwise you understand that you will be charged for new locks and new keys for the entire complex). 5. You agree to leave pets (except service animals) at home. 6. You agree that the owners are authorized to pursue compensation for negligent or willful violations of the house rules. 7. You understand you are responsible for all contents in the unit from check-in until check out. The guest will be responsible for any damage to any contents that occurs during their stay. 8. The Owners are not responsible for any personal effects of The Guest that may disappear from the suite. The Guest is responsible for insurance on all of Guest’s personal items. The Guest will be fully responsible for all damage to the suite or contents during their stay. The Guest agrees to indemnify The Owners and hold it harmless from any injury or damage resulting to The Guest, their invites, or other persons, their personal property, the suite, its contents, or the property, occurring in the suite itself or in any common areas including, but not limited to, stairways, parking lots, recreational areas, that may be used by The Guest.
