Welcome to the Villa Suzi, our modern family house with donkey farm and panoramic views of the Kvarner Bay. We offer our guests a cheap and comfortable accommodation in a spacious apartment with a living area of 54 m2 for three to five people. The apartment has a double room with adjoining single room. A large bathroom with tub and shower is also available. In the living room there is also a dining table and a fold-out couch for two people. In the living and dining room is a kitchen for preparing meals and drinks, SAT / TV and free Wi-Fi. On your terrace you can enjoy your morning coffee with an indescribably beautiful sea view or in the evening beautiful sunsets over the Kvarner bay. The property has a large fenced and lighted parking. On our farm we keep Dalmatian donkeys. The donkeys are tame and sweet and always happy about petting or small treats. Our guests always accompany us when we lead the donkeys on our 4 hectares of pasture. Our farm is ideal for families with children because it offers plenty of space for carefree play and exercise. Our small field football field is available to our guests for a game of football. In front of the house is our large garden pond with a water surface of 100 m2. In idyllic green with excellent sea views, there are loungers and seating on the water for sunbathing, reading and relaxing invite. An adventure for those who like to accelerate is the nearby Go-Kart track, which can be easily reached in five minutes on foot. The sea is about 1500 m as the crow flies. We are about 248 m above sea level. The surrounding beaches in Kraljevica-Ostro, Jadranovo, Crikvenica or on the island of Krk can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car. For cyclists there are signposted cycling routes through the Vinodol Valley near our house. Nearby there is also the possibility for paragliding. Our house is because of its ideal road links a very good starting point for excursions in the area.
