You’ll be within 1 mile of Tannersville’s Main Street lined with lots of restaurants and antique shops, 4 miles to Hunter Mountain and 13 miles to Windham Mountain as well as other nearby attractions. Perfect for families or small group of friends. COVID-19 Update: We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. You will have access to the entire 3 level townhouse (3BR, 2BA, 1300 sq.ft) that accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an ideal choice for a family or group of friends. This welcoming condo has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including keyless entry, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi and flat screen TV with Roku. The first level includes a master bedroom with Queen bed, 2nd bedroom with Twin over Full bunkbed, full bathroom and a mudroom with washer & dryer. The second level features an open concept kitchen and living room area with high vaulted ceilings as well as a private deck overlooking the Catskill Mountains. A comfortable sectional in front of a wood burning fireplace makes those winter nights extra cozy. The third level is the loft area that includes Full and Twin beds as well as an air hockey table, which kids will love. Other things to note: • There is no garbage disposal on premises in order to keep wild animals away, which is a very common practice here in the mountains. We kindly ask our guests to dispose garbage at the local Hunter Transfer Station located 3 miles from the property. • All guests must be 25 y.o. or older, except children accompanied by parents. • This is a private, family-friendly community and not suitable for events or parties. Quiet time is enforced from 11 PM to 7 AM. • No smoking anywhere on premises • There is 1 parking spots reserved for each townhome. There is additional flex parking that we can reserve in advance. Please reach out to us if you plan to arrive with more than 1 car. • Please bring your own wood for the fireplace (you can buy wood at Tops Friendly Market which is only 2 miles away from the property and open daily until 9 pm). • There are security cameras located above the front door overlooking the parking lot to ensure safety of our guests. It does not look into any interior spaces. Guests have access to the entire townhouse We will be available to answer all your questions via email or phone. We also have local help in the event of an emergency. Trailhead Country Townhouse Village is a beautiful townhouse community located within walking distance of the quaint village of Tannersville and surrounded with refreshing mountain vistas. In the winter you have access to the nearby world class skiing, such as Hunter and Windham Mountains. In the spring, summer and fall you can enjoy fishing, biking, hiking, zip-lining, golfing and much more, including all the wonderful Catskill summer festivals.
