Sunnyvale Valley View Cottage

SunnyVale Valley View Cottage is attached to the owners main residence. However, it is fully independent with its own private access. There are a couple of steps up to the entrance, so may not be suitable for some with disabilities. The cottage comprises of a large main bedroom to the front of the property overlooking the valley, Bathroom, Kitchen, Sitting/Dining Room, and entrance porch. The main bedroom has a king sized bed with large flat screen TV. There is a further flat screen TV mounted on the Sitting/Dining room wall. The second bedroom can has a king sized double bed, this can also be split into two single beds. The property is a 7 minute walk to the harbour, beach and shops. There is free WIFI throughout the property.
