FISHERMAN'S RETREAT-Unit 7 is a comfortable 2 bedroom holiday unit that accommodates up to 4 guests, only 1 street back from the front beach and around a 10 minute stroll to the main street. Open plan updated kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, free standing electric stove, dining, living area with TV, reverse cycle air-conditioner. Bathroom with shower and vanity also a front loader washing machine. Small rear yard, fish cleaning facility (shared), plenty of room for cars and boat, no BBQ. Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities. Bed configuration - bed 1 - double, bed 2 - double. Pillows and quilts are, you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No smoking inside NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond Special - stay for 7 nights during April, July or Sept/October school holidays and only pay for 6 nights - booking, cleaning and refundable bond fees apply (when placing a booking the full price will show, staff will manually change price to the special price when processing your booking)
