A brand new 2 bed roomed, fully furnished, self contained unit, based in the lovely suburb of Mindarie Keys. The unit has one double room, and one twin room with bunks beds, bright and sunny lounge, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, with shower unit, all located on one floor. There is an outside alfresco dining/bbq area with sea views. the unit has Reverse cycle air-conditioning with cool air for the warmer months and warm air for the cooler months. There is off street parking available for one car. The unit is adjacent to the main home but is completely detached from the main property to ensure complete privacy during your stay. The nearest beach is Quinn’s beach which is just a few minutes walk away. The beach is patrolled and has a safe swimming enclosure. Located at Quinn's Beach is one beach side café and restaurant with its own play area, and another cafe, at the opposite end of Quinn's beach, with a beachside play area just across the road - Great for families with young children. There is a coastal walk from Quinn's beach which takes you to the beautiful Mindarie Marina, where there are couple of bars, cafés and an Indian Restaurant, all with stunning views over the Marina. We are close to a number of amenities including a shopping centre with a supermarket, newsagent, post office, bakery, hairdresser, pharmacy, fish & chips and liquor store. A larger shopping complex is 5 minutes drive away at Ocean Keys, Clarkson. Mindarie is located 30 minutes drive from Perth’s CBD and 45 minutes drive to Perth Airport. We are also 15 minutes drive from Joondalup City Centre. Great for holidays at the beach, friends or family visiting relatives living in Perth, or those starting a new life here in Sunny Perth.
