The Pig Sty — a cosy, dog-friendly, self-catering apartment with private kitchen

Stay in a charming, first floor, self-catering apartment in a grand Victorian farmhouse. Enjoy fascinating views of a working farm (which we can give you a tour of if you're interested). Access 24 hours a day through a separate entrance, with parking immediately outside. The apartment consists of a large studio bedroom with comfortable seating area, ensuite shower room and separate, private kitchen/diner. The apartment is very comfortably furnished with a bed that can be either a twin or a super-king. The kitchen includes fridge freezer, microwave, full gas cooker, washer/dryer, toaster, crockery and utensils. The ensuite has a beautifully hot shower, with extras provided including soap, shampoo, bath robes and large bath towels. Outside there is a private seating area for guests and a large one acre garden with a sun terrace. There are lots of walks from the door, for which you’ll find a map in your room. We also offer talking tours of the farm – so if you want to learn about outdoor pig keeping, this is for you! You can even try our homemade sausages and recommend some recipes. The property is very quiet, about 1.5 miles from the nearest pub and 3 mies from the nearest town (Bungay).
