Fully Restored 1900 Farm House

Our home is a 3 bedroom 1900 farm house. The house sits on five acres, one mile from Middlebury College. There are beautiful Green Mountain views and a large pond on the property. We rent the whole house primarily for Middlebury College Events. Our home is a fully restored 1900 farm house on 5 acres with a large pond stocked with small mouth bass. We have beautiful Green Mountain views and are one mile from Middlebury College. We have two master suites, or 3 bedrooms. We require a 3 night minimum stay. Note: During November, DecemberJanuary ,February and March we are open to longer term rentals with a 15% weekly discount and 50% monthly discount. Entire house. We will be available by phone.
