The house is in the prime location on the Golden Mile, no sand dunes to interrupt magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean, Whale and Whakaari/White Island. Ohope has many locals eateries; cafes and restaurants. Fishing charters available from Ohope or Whakatane, cycle and walking trails, international golf course, boats ramps, surfing lessons, paddleboard hire, 11 kms of safe swimming beach and walkable distance to Ohiwa harbour attractions. A modern house with large open plan living, great decks from which you can enjoy the view of the ocean, or you can retreat to the back garden which is surrounded by tropical palm trees. Here you will find outdoor furniture to relax on, a BBQ and outdoor dinning area and best of all a hot outdoor shower to rinse off after a refreshing swim. Each of the rooms is stylishly furnished so we require caring tenants. Special conditions: WE REQUIRE GUESTS TO BE DOUBLE VACCINATED FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR CLEANING STAFF AND FUTURE GUESTS.
