Welcome to "Casa AIVA" The cottage is in an ideal position to combine relaxation and walks: swimming pool, magnificent view, cultural visits, mountains and numerous events throughout the year. Housing The house was born as a "country house" in the sixties. It was recently renovated. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a large property overlooking a sumptuous panorama. It consists of two parts, one inhabited by the owners and the other reserved for the gîte. The house conveys a deep sense of well-being. The cottage has an independent entrance which gives it the greatest privacy. It includes a bedroom, a large bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living and dining room as a veranda. It can accommodate up to a maximum of six people (ideal for families with children or two couples). The furniture is made with natural materials guaranteed for human health and respectful of the environment (Perosa stone and PEFC certified solid wood and treated only with natural oils and waxes). In the large bedroom, there is a large bed for 2 adults and 2 two convertible armchairs, which we can, according to your preferences, keep in the bedroom or move in the living room. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people and a satellite TV. The kitchen and dining room are separate from the living room. In the fitted kitchen: hob with 5 rings, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker. The bathroom is made of solid chestnut, a wood traditionally used in our region. Shower, sink, bidet, wc, wash house and washing machine. The apartment is surrounded by a patio and a large exclusive enclosed garden, safe for children. You can eat in the room as a veranda, which is very bright and allows you to enjoy a magnificent view, where there is a large table for 10 people, or on the patio, right next to the dining room. The apartment does not have air conditioning, because there is never a stuffy climate. Difficult to find mosquitoes, due to the altitude and the generally dry climate. For winter, in the living room there is also a pellet stove. Orientation / exposure: Southwest View of: garden, plains and mountains, from Torino to Cuneese. We are in a very quiet place, between the vineyards and with a magnificent view of the planes and the hills, but only four kilometers from the city center of Pinerolo (interesting for culture, shops, gastronomy and cakes) and from the ramp of the highway that leads to Torino, whose beautiful city center is 40 km away (40 minutes by car) and can also be reached by train (50 minutes). If you like events, the first weekend of October there is the historic event 'La Maschera di Ferro' dedicated to the mysterious prisoner of 1600. If you like skiing, you can choose between different levels and ski resorts. Families with children will find many fun activities, including Scopriminiera, murals from Usseaux, sundials from Balboutet, Parc Zoom, museums with workshops, and lots of fun walks. The sea is 1 hour and a half by car, all motorways. You will arrive at Spotorno, Bergeggi, Noli: very beautiful and clean sea, small villages very very pretty, clear and nice to visit, with a magnificent walk on the sea.
