19th Century Cottage

Podere Circe is a 19th century cottage in the Circeo National Park just 100 meters from the sea (White Dunes of Sabaudia easily reachable on foot). The position on the slopes of the promontory allows a temperate and pleasant climate even in case of extreme heat waves. from May to October inclusive it can accommodate 2 adults and 1 small child (free) in a loft studio flat on the ground floor with kitchenette and bathroom. On the second attic floor there is a double bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom (not rented individually but only in combination with the studio apartment) which hosts 2 more people 1 of wich free . It is possible to rent another 2 double bedrooms and another bathroom bringing the maximum capacity to 8 adults and 4 children exclusively for weekends or holidays (min./max 2 nights) in autumn, winter and spring. In summer from June to September inclusive it is also possible to rent a brick bungalow with an adjacent caravan in the garden of the cottage that can accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). All rooms are air-conditioned (12 hours a day) and heated (8 hours a day). All consumptions are included less air conditioning and or heating for the months of May, June and September, October (supplement € 100.00 per week). If you want bed linen and towels, the cost ranges from € 30.00 to € 70.00 (depending on the number of people) and the change is weekly The shared garden is about 700 square meters and includes tables, barbecue umbrellas and a parking space for each room (max 4). The beach is free or equipped, from 100 to 200 meters there are restaurants, kiosks, pizzerias and the possibility of carrying out various sports activities. The villages of Sabaudia and San Felice Circeo are both 5 km away.
