The upper level offers a well-equipped open plan kitchen with electric cooking and dishwasher, dining & living area with adjoining covered sun deck, rear sunroom/play area, 3 bedrooms & a large bathroom. On the entry-level is a 2 nd very spacious living area with television, laundry & 2 nd bathroom. A child safety gate is available to fitted at the top of the internal staircase & lake views are enjoyed from both levels. A gas barbecue & outdoor furniture are located in the fenced rear garden.
