Downtown Oberlin

Stay right in the heart of downtown Oberlin! Walking distance to everywhere you need or want to go - campus, restaurants and more. Near the Oberlin Inn but this is more spacious. There really is no better place to stay if you want to have access to everything. You have to be able to walk stairs. You walk up to the first landing where the bed is located. There is an air conditioner in this room. You walk up to the second landing where the living room, kitchen and bathroom ( full bath) are located. There is a futon on this floor where a third person could sleep. There is an air conditioner located on this floor also. You will have access to the first landing where the bed is located and the upstairs living room, kitchen and bathroom I am usually around town and can help you with any questions during your stay I have recently refurbished this apartment so everything is relatively new. New queen size bed, new air conditioner on the first landing. New futon, new 42 inch TV with basic cable and internet. New dishes, new pots and pans , new towels etc. Walking distance to anything in Oberlin. The apartment is right downtown During the week this space is used as an office but during the weekends it is available for guests to use
