Unique Luxury Farmstay

Mystic Downs Farm is a working sheep farm located in NE Victoria. We have converted part of our working shearing shed into luxury accommodation with a view of sharing our unique country experience with our guests. Our accommodation is private and separate from our house. The amenities are outdoor composting toilets and an outdoor shower for you to enjoy. Our location is central to many attractions including the Goulburn and Murray rivers, wineries, markets, art galleries, regional centres, bush walking, bird watching or relaxing by the pool or on the deck overlooking the farm. We have converted half of our working shearing shed into luxury accommodation which is a unique experience in itself. Amenities include: king bed with luxury linen - we can add beds for children if requested wood heater reverse cycle heating and cooling cinema screen & sound system - TV and movies kitchenette - full sized fridge, sink, tea and coffee making facilities, induction cook top, electric frying pan, microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses, saucepans and condiments BBQ outdoor shower outdoor composting toilet fire pit deck overlooking farm in ground solar heated swimming pool self cater or we can cater for you Our farm is very quiet and relaxing, you can involve yourself in farm life or keep to yourself.
