One Bed and bath in Shared Home

Comfortably-sized room for one (possibly two if a couple) individual(s) available in a three-bedroom home. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed and new comfortable mattress. There are a lot of dresser drawers and closet space. Perfect for a traveler or a short term internship. The bedroom is on the garden level. The bathroom has a stall shower. Lots of storage there also. Use my linen or bring your own. The fenced in backyard is wonderful for relaxing. The house is very close to the waterways of the area. Less than a mile from the Lake St Clair Metro-park. There are boats everywhere, kayaks and people fishing or using the bike trail. Lots of opportunity for rest and relaxation, exercise or boating. Mt Clemens is a short drive along the river. Restaurants and shopping are close by as well. This is a quiet and peaceful family-oriented neighborhood. Kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, dining room, garage and deck areas are all shared spaces. There is a washer & dyer in the quest bath that will be shared. I work normal full time business hours and enjoy relaxing at home in the evenings. I keep to myself, but am more than happy to casually socialize with my living companions. I am a quiet, orderly and friendly mature woman. Lake St Clair Metropark is less than a mile away. The Clinton River waterway is just across the street. Nice bike and/or hiking trail very close with free access. If you want a better idea about location, my home is located near Jefferson and S River Rd in Harrison township. There is plenty of space for parking in the drive or garage. Easy access to the I-94 Expressway. The bus line is not close enough to walk to but Metro Detroit does have a bus service. NO additional guests are welcome. The house is kept clean & organized. It is expected that all guests will be respectful of the house rules, including cleaning up after themselves and keeping the common areas tidy. Wifi is available. There is no TV.
