Common areas include the games room, movie theater, large dining room, extensive views set on 50 acres of farmland and guests have up to 5 bedrooms. The caretaker will be able to help should you need it during your stay. The cattle and country charm are an amazing backdrop to experience life on the farm with all the creature comforts of home. Close to Tooradin beach and Berwick's cafes but you would not realise from the views! The accommodation is inclusive of all bedding and towels. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: Bedroom 1 has a Queen-sized bed with separate en-suite. Bedroom 2 has 2 single bunk beds. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a double bed below and single bunk bed, suitable for a child above Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with a double bed below and single bunk bed, suitable for a child above Bedroom 5 has 2 single bunk beds suitable for a child on top bunk Note: The number of guests will dictate the room allocated. The movie room has comfortable chairs or couches for smaller groups,where guests to watch a movie or hold a presentation. Rules: No events, functions or parties are allowed on the property. The venue is for accommodation only. The space: The farm itself has cattle and other livestock grazing which adds to the charm best described as a country getaway close to town. Besides the views of the 50 acres of farmland that the property is situated on combined with extended views of city lights for 100's of kilometers beyond, there is a games room with pool table and couches to relax in. Caretakers and farmers live onsite or are not too far away if needed, but guests are mostly self sufficient and can enjoy the peace and quiet of a massive 50 acres of farmland.
