Family-friendly house, close to Purdue! Located in quiet neighborhood, close to parks, great restaurants and local attractions. Newly remodeled to suit all occasions! Our house offers enough space to spread out or spend quality time together. We are able to accommodate business travelers, families with children, internationals, sports fans or groups for an alumni weekend! As your hosts, we have lived in the area for 40 years and can easily assist you with local recommendations. No Pet Property. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms that can accommodate1 to 6 people. We have 1 large queen bedroom with workspace and bath on main floor. Upstairs a spacious en suite queen bedroom, and a double twin XL bedroom with play space and bath. Our family room and living room are perfect for watching games on comfy couches and large screen smart TVs with cable. The home offers a gas fireplace, 3 season screened-in porch, and 1 car detached garage. Purdue campus is less than a 5 minute drive. We support local business, and try to provide snacks and beverages that highlight farms and give you a taste of Tippecanoe County! No Pet Property. While we will not be on site during your stay, we are accessible by phone or email 24/7. You can expect a response within the hour. Communication with our guests is a top priority. We are also located locally if something needs to be addressed immediately. We are in the heart of the Happy Hollow Historic District. Our neighborhood was established in the 1970s. We have fully grown trees, family friendly, quiet space with very little traffic. We are within walking distance of Happy Hollow Park, and an easy bike ride or drive to Purdue campus. Supporting local farms, restaurants and businesses are important to us, and we will supply guests with snacks and beverages from local sources when possible. We also offer a great restaurant/attraction guidebook! Our house is close to Sagamore Parkway/HWY 52, which is the connecting road between West Lafayette and Lafayette. There is public transportation nearby, and great well-lit walking/biking paths. We provide maps and parking information for Lafayette, West Lafayette, and Purdue campus.
