Please ask for short breaks Ty Ni is a lovely family holiday home in the heart of Beaumaris on the stunning island of Anglesey. This pretty waterside town has something for everyone - quirky independent shops, art galleries, bijoux street cafes, great bars and restaurants, one of the best preserved castles in North Wales, an old gaol....... the list goes on! Once you are parked up, you can leave the car and find everything you need by foot. If you don't mind a little trip out, within a short drive you can visit historic National Trust houses, gardens and nature reserves, glorious golden sand beaches - Anglesey has it all. Beaumaris is also of course just a ten minute drive back to the mainland via either The Britannia or The Telford bridge. The beautiful Lleyn Peninsula and Snowdonia are all within easy reach of Ty Ni by car so you can make the most of your stay! The owner has done her very best to ensure you will want for nothing during your stay, and has created a welcoming, child friendly home for you to enjoy. A travel cot, highchair & stairgate are provided, as are children's activities, small table & chairs in the sunroom, dvd's, board games, books Sitting room Tastefully decorated in fresh, seaside colours the sitting room has an open fire for a cosy, warm feeling all year round (initial supply of logs are provided). Flatscreen TV with FreeSat (200+ channels), dvd player and comfy sofas. Kitchen / dining The kitchen is bright, airy and modern and opens onto the sunroom. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven & hob with extractor fan. The dining area is at one end of the kitchen with table and chairs to seat all guests. Sunroom The sunroom is accessed from the kitchen and has a bluetooth speaker, Ipod docking station, board games, books & dvds, and a flatscreen TV. shower over. Bedrooms Three pretty bedrooms - One double, one king sized and one with bunk beds. The king sized and double bedrooms have electric blankets, clock radios and hairdryers provided. The bunkbed room has a clock radio and cd player. Bathroom The family bathroom is on the first floor by the bedrooms and has a loo, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and bath with shower over.
