The location is 6 min from JFK and from the E,J,Z,LIRR and the Air train and they all stop at Sutphin blvd Archer ave. You can get to sutphin by walking it takes 16 minutes or you can take the Q6,or a $2 car ride form 111 ave it takes 5 minutes. :) We will welcome you if we are not there you will have a welcome package and our cell phone numbers and we will have all the info and maps and take out menus for you . You will have a private entrance to the basement it is a computer lock door and you will have a private room which locks and you will have the room that says guest room on the door there is a sitting area and basic cable TV and a table to eat or sit with your lap top. There is a full bathroom and a refrigerator and a microwave,it is cold right now we also have a nice yard were you can sit and read a book or just relax, We providedCoffee and snacks and more the grocery store is right across the street they make great sandwiches ask for Gino or his wife. We welcome medical staff to stay with us from our near by hospitals We will be available throughout you stay our cell phones are as follows (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We are 30 minutes from New York city and 6 minutes from JFK Airport. And we are near the shopping center Green acres mall and parson blvd shopping center. Thanks We are near the buses and trains and parking is easy on the street My niece lives in the basement she is and adult but she is barley home she is always working. we are 6 minutes from JFK and 5 minutes from the LIRR, Air Train, J,Z and E line the station is Supthin Blvd. You can walk there it about a 16 minute walk to Supthin or take the bus or the 2.00 dollar cab ride,
