An 1895 renovated home in the downtown area of Port Elgin, steps away from the beach and steps to town for a quick coffee break. Our home is located within the town of Port Elgin in a quinet street. A cute community which is geared to summer vacationers but also many people living there all year long. Perfect for families or those needing to work in area! The Port Elgin beach is steps away which has some of the most beautiful sunsets in the region. Or walk to town to grab a coffee or drink is just a short walk away. We have neighbours that live in the area full time so kindly ask to keep the noise to a minimum. You will be provided a code to the lock box closer to your stay. During the summer there is an influx of summer vacationers. The town becomes more alive during this time with families and those wishing to get away for the weekend! Walkable to Main Beach, downtown, Plenty of parks for children. Southampton-Port Elgin Trolley stop close by, and walking paths. Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, Walmart and LCBO nearby. Fishing and golf courses a short drive. Getting around Very central, walkable location. Close to all amenities. Ample parking in the driveway Biking or walking are great options to the main strip or to the beach! There is a great waterfront pathway which can take you to Southhampton!
