Owner contactable by phone but your vacation privacy is all yours. Neighborhood is few farms spread far apart. Complete privacy. Closest practical town is 6 miles. Near the Taconic and Rte #23. House can be taxied to from train in Hudson for a minimal fee but a car is recommended to get around once in the area. Children welcome, but house not child proof. Children need supervision. House comes with all amenities. No land line and no AC but never needed with ceiling fans in each room.
