Cozy, Peaceful, and Beautiful Private Room

This beautiful, private and cozy room is located in a mid-to-high end neighborhood. You will find the Fox River and its beaches just minutes away, and several conservation areas including Moraine Hills State Park within minutes distance. Nearby you will find many recreational activities such as boating, fishing, paddle boating, kayaking, tube floating and boat rental. In addition, there are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby for your convenience. This house is located in a secluded yet safe mid-to-upper end neighborhood, still located near many interesting and fun places such as conservation areas and the Fox River. You are welcome to use the kitchen provided you clean after self. Cleaning fees charged by Airbnb only cover the cleaning of your room, clean sheets, clean towels and clean bathroom. Be mindful that additional fees may be charged if kitchen needs to be cleaned for you. Also you may only use the cabinets indicated by your host upon your request. You may use refrigerator space if needed always making sure that before you leave all belongings are removed and the fridge space is kept clean. Please keep in mind that towels are for shower only, please bring your own make-up removers or shower wash towels. My priority is making sure you will have a pleasant, relaxing, and safe stay, therefore feel free to text me or to call me anytime if needed. I may not always be home, so make sure to enjoy your stay. If I am around, I like to socialize but I also respect privacy and space. The Fox River and the conservation areas are a touristic attraction and this neighborhood is very near all of these. Another favorite is The Snuggery in McHenry restaurant with beautiful river view. Car is the primary transportation mode, but downtown is just about 10 minutes away from this location; once there you will find all sorts of public transportation.
