Farmhouse - 2 Bedroom House with Sleep Out off living - Self Contained 2 Bedroom cottage with two queen beds, sleep out off living area with tribunk and outdoor fire pit.

The Farmhouse is a delightful two-bedroom cottage, with a true cottage feel about it. It has a Queen bed in each bedroom and a tri-bunk (double bed below and single bed above) in the sleepout off the living room, the cottage sleeps seven people. This cottage has a large kitchen and lounge/dining area. The cottage has an old fashioned cast iron wood stove in the kitchen as well as a modern stove for cooking. There is a large covered outdoor entertaining area with dining setting and BBQ as well as a fire pit in the garden. Our base price is for up to four people and includes all linen and a complimentary bottle of wine. IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Please note that we will process a 30% deposit at time of booking. The balance due will automatically be processed 30 days prior to arrival. Parties/Functions are allowed at the property subject to written approval from Management. Functions/Parties are assessed on a case by case basis Hens, Bucks Parties and Schoolies are not allowed. Pets are allowed subject to written approval from Management. Please be aware we don't have pet minding facilities, when you go out you need to take your pet with you they cannot be left alone at the property. We require an up to date vaccination certificate and photo of your pet. Not all pets will be approved.
