Rural Beauty - The perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle

“Country Breeze” is set amongst the lovely rural setting of Berrys Creek and located within 30 mins from Meeniyan, Leongatha, Korumburra and Mirboo North. The area offers an array of attractions and activities for you to enjoy or you can simply relax and unwind at this beautiful property. This property sleeps up to 7 people comfortably over 3 bedrooms, has a large kitchen and dining space with a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge room is very spacious with two couches, arm chair and two bean bags, a TV, DVD player with a selection of movies as well as access to all Foxtel channels and board games for guest use. A well equipped kitchen with all of your cooking needs and spacious dining area are located off the lounge room. The 3 bedrooms sleep 7 people comfortably. Heating and cooling provided by two split systems. The deck faces out to the north and is set up with an electric BBQ and table and stools and looks out to the rolling hills, making for a wonderful view. (Please note that the property is wheel chair accessible but not marketed as disabled friendly.) Guests are free to roam the lovely gardens and utilise the outdoor setting set amongst the array of deciduous trees during their stay, which is perfect spot to enjoy some wine and cheese. Depending on the time of year, guests are invited to stroll through the orchid and pick fruit from the various fruit trees and berries. However, guests will have to compete with all the birdlife that enjoy dining on the fruit as well. Whilst at the orchid, guests can collect eggs from the chook house perhaps for breakfast the next morning. The accommodation is fully self-contained and accessible by a separate driveway off the main entrance, therefore keeping the property separate from the owner’s residence. The owners will happily greet you upon your arrival (where possible) and if you have any questions or requests during your stay, they welcome you to call or pop over to the main house for assistance. Otherwise, you will be given complete privacy to enjoy your stay. Phone reception is available, though best supported by Telstra. Wifi is not available so please bring your own portable devices should you require internet. No smoking inside the house. Smoking allowed outside, though in consideration to the environment we ask that you dispose of your butts in the containers provided. No shoes permitted inside the house - we recommend you bring slippers or something warm to keep your toes warm! There are farmers markets held in all of the surrounding towns on varying weekends, offering local produce, handmade wares, wines and more. Wineries, art studios, walking/riding/horse riding trails and great places to eat are all within a 30 min drive. (We have provided information on the surrounding towns to assist guests with what is available in the area.) (As the property is located in a rural area and off the main road, you are not close to public transport and you will need to have your own vehicle to get around.)
