Fox Den Retreat-quiet, comfortable, great location

If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet place close to many area attractions, then this is the right place for you! We are conveniently located in the tranquil Fox Den subdivision 5 minutes from St. Elmo and just a short drive from downtown Chattanooga, TN, Rock City, The Incline, Ruby Falls, and Covenant College on Lookout Mountain. Other nearby attractions include the Chickamauga Battlefield and Cloudland Canyon. We are very close to several wedding venues in Walker county, GA. Our retreat has three comfortable bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. We have a full kitchen, a cozy dining room, and a relaxing living room. We do not allow pets or smoking on our property. The house is located in a very quiet and safe family neighborhood. Our back deck is surrounded by woods. We offer a comfortable place to rest and relax after a long day of exploring and enjoying the multiple adventures that the area offers. Since opening, The Fox Den Retreat has always been cleaned and sanitized to a high standard between guest stays. I am still committed to providing my guests with a clean space by additionally following Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol. Here are a few highlights: *High-touch surfaces are sanitized (including doorknobs, light switches & electronic remote controls); *Each room is cleaned & sanitized using extensive cleaning checklists; *Extra cleaning supplies are available to you during your stay (i.e. all-purpose cleaner, paper towels, & soap dispensers at every sink). You will have the entire house for yourself, there are no shared areas. All guests have access to the master bedroom. However, based on the agreed number of guests at the time of reservation, you will have access to the other bedrooms. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR NIGHTLY RATE IS FOR THE FIRST THREE GUESTS, NOT A FLAT PROPERTY RENTAL RATE. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE of $33 PER GUEST (2 years and older) PER NIGHT AFTER the first three guests. Please review the price breakdown clearly. We have a spacious kitchen that is equipped with all the main cookware to prepare meals. We have pots and pans, cooking utensils, and microwave. There is a desk and lamp in the kitchen/dining room area. The kitchen counter has a place that can be used as a laptop friendly workspace as well. The dining room seats 6 people comfortably. We provide tableware to serve 8. Please note that the cleaning fee DOES NOT include dish washing. In the living room, there is a TV, but we DO NOT have cable. However, we receive 20+ HD channels over the air. There is a Blu-ray player connected to the TV. We have a variety of movies but due to COVID, our board and card games are currently unavailable. Guests DO NOT have access to the following areas: - Basement - Garage - Area below deck Parking is free. There is space for 2 vehicles down the driveway & there's additional parking on the street. Once you've booked, we will assume that you have read and agree to these rules. We are surrounded by peaceful woods in a quiet neighborhood. There is room for two cars down the driveway in front of the garage. There is also free street parking. There isn’t public transportation to and from our property. Some guests have used Uber to/from our property. Please note that our nightly rate is for the first three guests, not a flat property rental rate. There is an additional charge of $33 per guest (2 years and older) per night after the first three guests. Please review the price breakdown clearly. Much of what we provide for your comfortable stay is listed under "amenities" as well as in the photo descriptions on our listing.
