Our Home - King Bed

We offer both short-term and long-term rentals. Most of our rentals are (1) medical professionals who are temporarily working or interviewing at the hospital, but who do not want to stay in a hotel and (2) those who are traveling from the north to the south or vice versa. We are open to families, but we do not have the house "kid/baby proof". We live in a very quiet neighborhood. Everyone is welcome in our home! We have a 3200 square foot house with a big back yard and pool. We have 2 bedrooms for rent - one with a queen bed (with carpet), and one with a king bed (without carpet). We have to have 2 listings, one for each bedroom. If you can't book under 1 listing, try the other. The only stairs are in the house are the ones that go up to the front porch and ones that go outside. We have a big back yard and a pool that you are welcome to use. Guests can use any area of the house with the exception of our bedroom and bathroom. You are more than welcome to use the other bedroom(s), office, living room (though we might be there.), kitchen, laundry facilities, etc. We also have a sun room and a back yard with a pool. There are lounge chairs and a sitting area outside in the even you want to spend some time by the pool. Our interaction can be minimal, or we can eat dinner together. Sometimes, we might not even be there. Typically, we do our own thing. I work from home, so I will be there to answer any questions you may have. The neighborhood is an middle-to-upper-class one, and it is typically very quiet. Not much happens in the neighborhood. Though we do not, I would feel comfortable leaving the doors unlocked. The only way to get around is by car. We are a small town, so there is no bus system or taxis. There might be an Uber driver, but I doubt it. We are a gay, married couple. If you decide to use the "morally offensive" excuse, then please do not book with us. However, we keep to ourselves, and we will provide a pleasant stay for you.
