PRIVATE AND NO SHARED ACCESS LONG STAYS WELCOME. 2 Night minimum stay on weekends Situated in the quiet leafy suburb of Macarthur and backing the nature reserve gives this home a rural feel, with wildlife and an abundance of walking tracks, including The Centennial Trail, practically on your doorstep. All this and only an easy 20 minute drive from the city and 5 minutes to Tuggeranong Town Centre. A short walk will take you to the local shopping centre with casual dining restaurants, takeaway, Coles supermarket, and other specialty stores. This one bedroom home features a queen bed with quality high thread count linen, warm doona and electric blanket for those chilly Canberra nights. The well equipped kitchen is perfect for the gourmet chef to cook up a storm. Enjoy your own private deck, off the living area, the perfect space to sit at the end of the day and enjoy an aperitif. The luxurious bathroom features a bath, walk in shower with rain head, heated towel rail and fluffy towels. Please note there are 5 stairs up to the bathroom. There is also a washing machine/dryer making it easy for longer stays. Your accommodation is complete with heating and cooling. Basic pantry items are supplied as well as bathroom toiletries, including shampoo/conditioner and hairdryer. All quality linen & towels provided. We are friendly and available if needed but respect your privacy. Private entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. Please note that only small doggies are catered for at Samandas and should not be left in the property unattended for extended periods. SORRY NO CATS. We do ask that your doggie not be allowed on the bed and furnishings. As our prooerty is in a residential area, we ask that you are mindful of your dog causing excessive barking.
