A large well equipped modern kitchen with slow combustion heater creates a very homely atmosphere whilst preparing a delicious meal of local produce. Outside there is a pergola with blinds to provide protected outdoor entertaining. General store, fish and chip shops, pub and cafe all just a few minutes walk and only 20 minute drive to Mt Gambier. Soak up the natural beauty of the coast along the foreshore walking track, or launch your dinghy across the road to catch the local whiting or garfish.
